Get Started

Welcome to EaseLab. This guide helps you sign in, set up your lab, and complete your first tasks — no installation required. EaseLab runs entirely in the cloud; you only need a web browser.

What you need

  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari — latest version recommended)
  • A stable internet connection
  • Login credentials provided by your lab owner or created when you registered your lab

See System Requirements for device and browser details.

1. Access your lab portal

Your lab has a dedicated web address, for example:

https://yourlab.easelab.app

or a custom domain configured by your administrator.

  5. Administration → Roles — assign permissions to each role.
  6. Administration → Subscription — confirm your plan and usage limits.

4. Your first day as staff

  1. Open the Dashboard — review today's patients, invoices, and pending work.
  2. Click Create Invoice in the toolbar — register a patient visit and add tests.
  3. Record payment on the invoice if applicable.
  4. Use Enter Result from the invoice actions menu when results are ready.
  5. Print or Send the report to the patient.

5. Invite your team

Lab owners and users with permission to manage users can:

  1. Go to Administration → Users.
  2. Click Add user — enter name, email, and temporary password.
  3. Assign one or more roles (Receptionist, Lab Technician, etc.).
  4. Ask each team member to change their password after first login.

6. Help patients online

  • Browse your test catalog

Find your public URL under Account settings.
