FAQ: Billing

Questions about subscriptions, payments, trials, and read-only mode.

How does billing work?

EaseLab uses subscription plans with monthly or annual billing. Many deployments use manual payment (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer) with platform admin approval.

See Billing Overview and Payment Account.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, if your platform offers one. Trial length is set by the plan (e.g. 14 or 30 days). When the trial ends, the lab enters read-only mode until you subscribe.

What happens when my trial expires?

  • Lab enters read-only mode — you can view but not create/edit data.
  • Billing pages still work so you can subscribe.
  • Subscribe and submit payment to restore full access.

See Read-Only Mode.

How do I pay?

  1. Go to Billing → Choose Plan.
  2. Select a package.
  3. View payment account details (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank).
  4. Make payment and upload proof on checkout.
  5. Wait for platform admin approval.

How long does payment approval take?

Typically 1–2 business days for manual payments. Contact platform billing if urgent.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Go to Billing → Subscription and select a new plan. Upgrades take effect after payment approval. Downgrades may apply at next billing cycle — check with your platform operator.
