How EaseLab Works

EaseLab is a cloud-based pathology lab management service. You do not install software on your computers — your team works through a secure web browser, and your data is stored on EaseLab's managed infrastructure.

Your data is private

• Each lab's records are logically separated from every other lab on the platform.
• Staff only see data for their own lab.
• Access within your lab is controlled by roles and permissions (view, create, edit, delete per module).

Subscription and access

Status	What it means
Trial	Evaluation period — full or limited features per plan
Current	Subscription paid — normal operation
Overdue / Unpaid	Read-only mode — view data but cannot create or edit
Suspended	Access blocked — contact EaseLab support

Multi-branch labs

Use collection centers to track which branch handled each invoice. Reports and dashboards can filter by center and date range.

Language and devices

• Staff portal supports English and Urdu (language switcher in the toolbar).
• Works on desktop, laptop, and tablet browsers.
• Install as a PWA (progressive web app) on supported devices for quicker access.
