What is EaseLab?

EaseLab is a cloud-based pathology and diagnostic laboratory management system. It covers patient registration, invoicing, sample tracking, result entry, report delivery, referrals, billing, and multi-branch operations.

Is there a mobile app?

EaseLab provides mobile auth endpoints (/auth/mobile) for native apps. The primary interface is a responsive web app that works on tablets and phones.

Can I use EaseLab offline?

No. EaseLab requires an internet connection to the API server. Plan for connectivity redundancy in your lab.

How many collection centers can I have?

Depends on your subscription plan. Multi-center setup is covered in the Advanced Tutorial.

Does EaseLab support Urdu?

Yes. The staff portal UI supports multiple languages depending on deployment configuration. This documentation site is published in English.

How do I get started?

  1. Register your lab through the EaseLab signup page, or ask your administrator for an invitation.
  2. Follow Get Started.
  3. Complete the Beginner Tutorial.

Where is my data stored?

Your lab's data is stored securely in EaseLab's cloud infrastructure and is kept separate from every other lab on the platform. See Data Isolation.

How do I request a feature?

Contact your platform operator or submit feedback through your account manager. Platform CRM tracks feature requests for SaaS operators.
