Invoice	A bill for one patient visit containing one or more tests
Collection center	Satellite branch where samples are collected
Referral doctor	External physician who refers patients; may earn commission
Test profile	Bundled package of multiple tests at a combined price
Sample	Physical specimen linked to invoice/tests with barcode
Result entry	Entering or importing test values for an invoice
Verification	Approving results before report release
Access code	Patient secret for online report lookup
Tenant admin / Lab owner	User with full lab access (IsTenantAdmin)
Platform admin	EaseLab operator with admin portal access
Plan / Package	Subscription tier with feature and usage limits
Read-only mode	Tenant locked — view only, no create/edit/delete
Provisioning	Creating the tenant's dedicated database
Impersonation	Platform admin logging in as a tenant user for support
Rate list	Special pricing rules / referral share configuration
Reference lab	B2B mode — processing tests for other client labs
HL7 / ASTM	Standard protocols for analyzer result messages
